Ranking lists and schedule of the interviews

Recruitment coordinator for Doctoral School of Social Sciences publishes the results of the 2nd stage of the recruitment procedure to the Doctoral School of Social Sciences in disciplines :

In accordance with the recruitment schedule the following documents shall be submitted by the candidates recommended to be admitted to the School from 7th of August 2024 by the 20th of September 2024:

 

– the original document entitling them to take up education in the School or an official copy thereof (e.g. diploma of completion of the second-cycle programme). In case the diploma was issued in a language other than Polish or English, the candidate shall attach its certified translation.

– apostille or legalization of the diploma if it was issued outside the EHEA borders

– additional documents – when you have benefits related to the possession of, among other things, pension or disability.

– the following documents printed out from the account in the IRK system (You can download the templates of documents from the ‘Enrollment application’ tab – ‘Documents and further steps’):

  1. Personal data processing declaration for educational purposes
  2. Declaration concerning undertaking education in the Doctoral School
  3. Scholarship declaration
  4. Application for admission to the Doctoral School

Opening hours: In order to make an appointment at the Doctoral Schools Secretary’s Office and submit the documents the candidates recommended to be admitted to the School are requested to use the tool available:[LINK]

Note: The candidates are requested to bring with them an identity document with a photograph.

 

Candidates recommended for admission to the SDNS, who wish to apply for a place in a dormitory or a visa are kindly asked to submit the above documents to the SDNS Secretariat by 13.08.2024.

Recruitment coordinator for Doctoral School of Social Sciences publishes the results of the 1st stage of the recruitment procedure to the Doctoral School of Social Sciences in disciplines :

The Recruitment Coordinator notifies the candidates about the date and place of the interviews

Interview links will be sent to candidates via the IRK or they are available in the schedule of interviews

Take your identity card or passport with you to the interview.

Regulations for conducting interviews

In extraordinary justified cases candidates whose interviews are conducted in a stationary mode are entitled to request online interviews.

The request shall be completed, signed, scanned and sent to rekrutacja.ns@uw.edu.pl within 2 days from the date of publication of the interview schedule. Please note that all late applications will be rejected.
