I year of education

The first year is the time for doctoral students to get used to the doctoral school and the time for various organizational issues:

since doctoral students have to complete internships, which are part of the study programme, it is necesarry to collect and realize a referral for medical examination;
submission of application(s) for the appointment of a supervisor, an additional supervisor or an assistant supervisor (an application for the change of the supervisor can also be submitted throughout the study period);
preparation of the Individual Research Plan (IPB) – this document should be prepared together with the supervisor. This is one of the most important documents submitted to the Secretariat, as it describes the work plan for the dissertation;
submission of the annual report accounting for the first year of education.

II year of education

In the second year, doctoral students can begin to implement teaching internships. The second year is also the time to prepare for the mid-term evaluation which takes place after the second year of education. September is the month in which doctoral students submit their annual report and documents required for the mid-term evaluation.

III year of education

One of the most interesting elements of the third year is an interdisciplinary conference covering all disciplines of the social sciences. It allows you to present your latest research findings to a wide range of specialists and discuss issues related to your dissertation. In September, the annual report must be submitted for the third time.

IV year of education

In the fourth year, the number of classes decreases significantly. The IV year is entirely dedicated to the final work on the dissertation.
