In accordance with the Law on Higher Education and Science, a doctoral student, in consultation with their supervisor or supervisors, shall prepare and submit an IPB within 12 months of the start of their studies. The completed document, bearing the signatures of the doctoral student and supervisor, must be submitted in person to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at 56/66 Dobra Street (room 0.108) by October 1, 2025.
