Project “Excellence and Development of Teaching at the University of Warsaw”

Dear Doctoral Students,

we kindly inform you that the University of Warsaw is implementing the project “Excellence and Development of Teaching at the University of Warsaw” (FERS.01.05-IP.08-0279/25) from 7 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, one of whose objectives is to develop the competencies of doctoral candidates studying at the University.

As part of the project, under Task 1, the Vice-Rector for Doctoral and Legal Affairs Team will carry out, during this period, free development activities addressed to doctoral candidates of the University, amounting to 32 teaching hours, including:

  • teaching skills training,

  • training in digital competencies, including the use of AI tools in teaching and working with advanced databases,

  • training in competencies supporting the green transition,

  • training in UDL (Universal Design for Learning) competencies.

Additionally, training participants will be able to take part in supplementary discussion groups, providing spaces for exchanging experiences and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Information about available training sessions will be published on the websites of the doctoral schools. The training sessions will begin in the second quarter of 2026.

Registration for individual training sessions will be conducted via the Kampus platform.

We would like to invite you now to complete the form in order to help us understand your training needs. Completing the form and submitting the required documents is the first stage of the qualification process for participation in the development activity, which will last until May 1, 2026.
