Please find below the Individual Research Plan (IPB) forms. PhD students should submit the IPB no later than until 02.10.2023. The forms and guidance have been already sent via email to your email addresses. Please remember that the document must be completed either in English or in Polish. The document should be filled out and signed both by the PhD Student and the Supervisor. The completed document, including the signatures of the doctoral student and the supervisor, must be submitted in person to the Secretariat of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at 56/66 Dobra Street (room 0.108).
