Results of Recruitment 2026/2027

Candidates who received recommendation to be admitted to the School must deliver the documents listed below to the office of the School (BUW building, room no 0.108, Street Dobra 56/66, 00-312 Warsaw). It is possible to deliver the documents from 29th of July 2026 by the 22nd of September 2026.

In order to make an appointment at the Doctoral Schools Secretary’s Office and submit the documents please use the calendar: [LINK]. It is necessary to show a document confirming your idendity during the visit.

Additionally, please prepare before the visit in the School:
– ID or passport number in order to fill out the ZUS ZUA form in the office of the School;
– name and address of the tax office, the name of the bank and the bank account number;
– information about health insurance and its basis (e.g. employment. insurance by a family member) and the relevant branch of the National Health Fund (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia – NFZ).

Candidates recommended to be admitted should submit at the School Secretary’s Office the following documents:

– the original document entitling them to take up education in the School or an official copy thereof (e.g. diploma of completion of the second-cycle programme);

– apostille or legalization of the diploma if it was issued outside the EHEA borders;
– in case the diploma was issued in a language other than Polish or English, the candidate shall attach its certified translation;
– additional documents – when you have benefits related to the possession of, among other things, pension or disability;
– the following documents printed out from the account in the IRK system (You can download the templates of documents from the ‘Enrollment application’ tab – ‘Documents and further steps’):

1. Personal data processing declaration for educational purposes;
2. Declaration on starting education at the School and selection of a discipline;
3. Scholarship declaration;
4. Application for admission to the Doctoral School.
