European Doctoral Day

Dear Doctoral Students!

We would like to warmly invite you to participate in the event organized jointly with the PhD UW and Doctoral Students’ Council of the University of Warsaw on the occasion of the European Doctoral Day, which will take place on May 13.

This year’s university celebrations will be held under the theme “Inspiration Day”.

The programme includes, among others:

• workshops devoted to project management, academic career planning, and science communication,
• at 4:00 p.m. – a series of mini-lectures on the behind-the-scenes aspects of academic work, covering topics such as ethics in the age of AI, applying for grants, and the role of failure in scientific research,
• and, to conclude the event, a social gathering organized by the Doctoral Students’ Council of the University of Warsaw.
