Annual report of the doctoral student

Please find below the doctoral student’s annual report form together with the information on the date, place and method of submission of the report:
1) date of submission of the report: 15 September 2023;
2) place and method of submission of the report: signed documents (report together with the opinion of the dissertation supervisor or dissertation supervisors) should be sent via university electronic mail to phd.ns@uw.edu.pl.

According to the Rules and Regulations of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences the fulfilment of duties specified in the study programme shall be settled on an annual basis. The year shall be passed subject to:
1) fulfillment of all the requirements provided for in the study programme at a given stage;
2) submission of the doctoral student’s annual report together with the opinion of the dissertation supervisor or dissertation supervisors, within the deadline set by the Director.
